PatchFlow Beta Terms of Use

1. What the beta is

PatchFlow is early-access software under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. The beta is provided free of charge in exchange for your feedback and patience.

2. Confidentiality

You agree to keep unreleased features, screenshots, and product details confidential. Do not share PatchFlow's interface, features, or documentation publicly without written permission from PatchFlow. This includes social media, blog posts, podcasts, and conversations with competitors.

3. No competing use

You agree not to use your access to PatchFlow to build, design, or inform a competing product or service.

4. Your data

You own your data. PatchFlow will not sell or share your production documentation with third parties. During the beta period your data may be subject to loss or corruption — maintain your own backups of critical information.

5. Access

PatchFlow may grant, revoke, or limit your beta access at any time and for any reason. Violation of these terms will result in immediate access revocation.

6. No warranty

The beta is provided as-is. PatchFlow makes no guarantees about uptime, data integrity, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Feedback

Any feedback you provide may be used to improve PatchFlow without compensation or attribution.
